Before Your First Visit

Complete Your New Patient Paperwork

After scheduling your initial appointments with Endwell Chiropractic, our team will email your new patient paperwork.

We ask that you take a little time to complete it thoroughly. Your health history gives our doctor important insight into who you are, what you've experienced, and what you hope to achieve through care.

Please complete all paperwork before arriving for your first visit. If we don't receive it in advance, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your doctor has adequate time to review your history.

Your First Visit

We Listen. We Assess. We Get to Know You.

Your first visit is about much more than symptoms. It's an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with your doctor, talk through your health history, discuss your current concerns, and understand the goals you have for yourself and your family.

After reviewing your paperwork together, we'll complete a comprehensive chiropractic assessment designed to evaluate the function and balance of your nervous system.

To see is to know. To not see is to guess—and when it comes to your health, we don't guess. Scroll down to see more information about the initial assessment.

Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your first visit.

Your Second Visit

Your Personalized Plan + First Adjustment

Between your first and second visits, your doctor will carefully review your health history, examination findings, nervous system scans, and X-rays, if applicable.

From there, we'll create a personalized care plan based on your findings and the health goals you've shared with us.

During your second visit, we'll sit down together and walk you through everything we've found. We'll review your results and X-rays, when applicable, explain our recommendations, and make sure you understand the why behind your care plan.

This is your time to ask questions, share concerns, and feel confident about the next steps in your care.

And then comes the exciting part—your first chiropractic adjustment at Endwell.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes for your second visit.

Pediatric Visits

Big Care for Little Nervous Systems

Kids aren't simply tiny adults—which is why their visits shouldn't look exactly like an adult visit.

At Endwell, we love caring for infants and children and offer gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic assessments designed to help us better understand their nervous system function and individual needs.

We also welcome families with children who may need additional support during their visit, including children with neurodevelopmental differences or sensory processing needs.

If there's anything we can do to make your child's experience more comfortable, please let us know before your appointment. Depending on your family's needs, we can discuss options such as a phone consultation, splitting appointments, or scheduling during quieter, blocked-off times for a calmer in-office experience.

Our goal is simple: meet your child where they are and create an experience where your entire family feels comfortable, supported, and cared for.

Ready to Live Well?

Your health is personal. Your care should be, too.

We're here to help you better understand your body, support your nervous system, and create a plan designed around you and your family's goals.

The Assessment Process

Neurological Insight

Using advanced technology, including the Insight™ scanning system, we'll gather objective information to better understand how your nervous system is adapting to the physical, chemical, and emotional stressors of everyday life.

Structural Analysis

Next, we'll perform a structural and postural analysis to identify patterns of tension, imbalance, or compensation within your body.

If clinically indicated, we may also take postural X-rays. They allow us to look beyond the surface and gain a clearer understanding of your spinal structure so your recommendations can be specific to you.

Personalized Strategy

Every family and individual has a different path. Based on your scans and assessment, we create a restorative health plan tailored exactly to your body's restorative needs and wellness goals.
